These are my new favorite!!!
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 tbs of your favorite oil (I use olive)
- garlic powder
Drain and rinse the chickpeas and preheat your oven to 425.
Then pat them dry on (paper) towels. After that, spread them around on a sheet tray.
Add the oil and use the palm of your hand to gently roll the chickpeas and coat them lightly and evenly.
Add as much of the spices as you want I do a pinch of pepper, 1/2 tsp of garlic, 1/2 tsp of cumin and a pinch of sea salt.
Then, do the same thing as before, roll your hand to gently coat the chickpeas.
Pop em in the oven for 15-18 minutes and turn the oven off. I take out the tray test 1 or 2 or 5 and see if they’re crispy enough, if not leave them in the hot, but off, oven. Add more spices as needed!
