- 1 cup of oats
- 1/2 cup of wheat flour
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup (or more) of almond milk
- 1-2 tbs of oil
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
- 1 tbs of vanilla
Begin by putting the oats in the blender to turn them into an oat flour. This will be the base of our mix.
Mix the oat flour with the 1/2 cup of standard, wheat flour.
Add the banana, almond milk and vanilla into the blender.
Put the nutmeg, cinnamon and baking soda into the mixing bowl of flour. Mix together well and then add the wet ingredients.
Heat up your pan with about 1 tsp of oil per batch and cook on a lower setting than you normally would make pancakes. Due to the sugar content in the bananas, they can caramelize easily!!!
